Colinkri alternative with Colinkri pricing, credit expiry, refund policy and the cost per indexed link compared
Colinkri, at colinkri.com, is one of the older crawl services in the link building toolbox. You create a campaign, paste your backlinks and press start. Its own description is that it forces search engine bots to discover and crawl your links, without proxies, captchas, a VPS or your own Gmail accounts, because it runs a private server network and includes what it calls hundreds of PVA Gmail accounts.

What a check returns
Every URL gets a plain-English reason when a search engine will not index it, and the rest go out through the official channels.
Paste your sitemap and we count every URL it lists, then check a sample of your pages before we submit through the official Google Indexing API and Bing IndexNow.

People look for a Colinkri alternative for three reasons. The plans start at $49 a month, which is a lot for a crawl request compared with newer services. Credits do not roll over, so a quiet month is money gone. And nothing on its site describes a check of whether a link actually landed in Google, so you pay the same whether a batch indexes or not.
This page reads Colinkri's home page, FAQ, signup form and terms as published in October 2026, works out what each plan costs per 1,000 links and per indexed link, and says plainly where Colinkri is still the right buy.
In short
Colinkri sells crawl credits, not indexed links. Plans run from $49 a month for 50,000 links to $591 a month for 2,000,000. Unused credits are zeroed at the next billing cycle and its signup page says all sales are final. For pages on your own site, Indexing submits through official Google and Bing channels and checks whether each page actually got indexed.
Colinkri is a web-based crawler service for backlinks on any domain, run by Stealth Code Ltd under the law of Sofia, Bulgaria. Indexing works on properties you have verified, submits through the Google Indexing API, Bing IndexNow and XML sitemaps, and monitors index coverage page by page for as long as you stay subscribed.
Side by side
Colinkri vs Indexing, honestly
A fair look at what each does well. Both are capable tools. Here is where they differ.
| What matters | Indexing | Colinkri |
|---|---|---|
| URLs it works on | Properties you have verified in Google Search Console | Any published URL you paste in, including backlinks on domains you do not own |
| What you pay for | A plan sized by URLs submitted and monitored each month | A monthly pool of crawl credits, whether or not the links index |
| Published price | Starter $29, Growth $47, Agency $119 a month billed yearly, or $59, $95 and $239 month to month | $49 (50,000 links), $69 (100,000), $99 (200,000), $197 (500,000), $319 (1,000,000), $591 (2,000,000) a month, checked October 2026 |
| Unused capacity | Submission allowance resets monthly, monitoring and history continue | All unused credits are zeroed at the next billing cycle, per its FAQ and signup form |
| What the report shows | Index status on Google and Bing for every URL, with a plain-English reason when a page is out | Campaigns of links sent to crawl; we found no per-link index check described on its site |
| If a link never indexes | Diagnosed, then resubmitted once it is eligible | No credit back. Its signup terms say all sales are final and no refund requests are honored |
| Method | Official Google Indexing API, Bing IndexNow and XML sitemaps | A private server network and hundreds of included PVA Gmail accounts, per its site; the mechanics are not published |
| API | REST API on Agency for sites, URL status and submissions | No API documented on its public site |
| Payment | Card, monthly or yearly subscription, change plan in the panel | Card, or PayPal with a 5 percent fee, monthly recurring |
| Best suited for | Sites you own, where coverage has to hold up over months | Large, steady monthly volumes of tier-two links where a crawl invitation is all you need |
Comparison reflects general, publicly understood positioning. Capabilities change, so check each product for the latest.
Why teams pick Indexing
One place to submit, monitor and fix coverage, the white-hat way
Indexed, not just crawled
A crawl is the first step, not the result. Indexing checks each page against Google and Bing after submission, so the number you report is pages in the index.
Nothing expires on a quiet month
Colinkri zeroes unused credits every cycle. Indexing keeps monitoring and coverage history running between submissions, so a slow month still produces a report.
A reason for every miss
When a page stays out, Indexing says whether Google never crawled it or crawled it and declined, because those two problems need opposite fixes.
What Colinkri costs, plan by plan
The pricing section on the home page shows three plans and a custom tier: Starter at $49 a month for 50,000 links, Advanced at $69 for 100,000 and Premium at $99 for 200,000. The signup form lists three more that the home page does not: 500,000 links for $197, 1,000,000 for $319 and 2,000,000 for $591, all billed each month.
Every plan is a monthly subscription. There is no one-time pack and no annual discount on the signup form. Card payments run through a standard processor; PayPal is offered with a 5 percent surcharge.
The rule that changes the arithmetic is credit expiry. The FAQ says that, due to the way Colinkri operates, all unused credits expire on the next billing cycle, and the signup page repeats it in capitals. So the per-link price below is a floor. A plan you only half use costs twice as much per link.
| Plan | Price a month | Links a month | Cost per 1,000 links, credits fully used | Indexed links needed to beat $0.04 each |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 50k | $49 | 50,000 | $0.98 | 1,225 (2.5 percent of the batch) |
| 100k | $69 | 100,000 | $0.69 | 1,725 (1.7 percent) |
| 200k | $99 | 200,000 | $0.50 | 2,475 (1.2 percent) |
| 500k | $197 | 500,000 | $0.39 | 4,925 (1.0 percent) |
| 1m | $319 | 1,000,000 | $0.32 | 7,975 (0.8 percent) |
| 2m | $591 | 2,000,000 | $0.30 | 14,775 (0.7 percent) |
Plans and prices read from colinkri.com and its signup form in October 2026. The last column divides the monthly price by $0.04, the low end of Rapid URL Indexer's published price per indexed link, to show how many links would have to index for Colinkri to come out cheaper. Prices in this category move, so check before you buy.
A crawl credit is not an indexed link
Colinkri is open about what it sells, and the wording matters. Its site is built around the difference between crawling and indexing, and every claim is about crawling: it forces bots to discover and crawl your links. It does not publish an indexing rate, and we found no per-link index check described anywhere on the site.
That is a fair product to sell, because a crawl is a real precondition. Google cannot index a page it has never fetched. But a crawl is also where Google decides, and plenty of crawled backlinks are judged not worth keeping. In Search Console terms that is "Crawled, currently not indexed", and no number of further crawl requests changes the verdict.
The practical consequence is that you check indexing yourself. If you report to clients, that means a second tool or a manual check for every batch. The table above gives the threshold: on the $49 plan, if fewer than about 1,225 of your 50,000 links end up indexed, a pay-per-indexed-link service would have been cheaper.
All sales are final and credits reset
The refund policy on the signup form is one line: all sales are final, and no refund requests are honored. There is no trial plan on the signup form either. The first month you buy is the test.
Combine that with credit expiry and the risk sits entirely with the buyer. You pay up front each month, unused capacity disappears at renewal, and a batch that does not index earns nothing back. Compare that with the pay-per-result vendors in this category: Rapid URL Indexer returns credits for links that do not index, Omega Indexer refunds within 24 hours, and IndexMeNow re-credits after 10 days.
The terms of service name the operator as Stealth Code Ltd and place disputes under the courts of Sofia. That is not a problem in itself, but a US buyer should know that a billing dispute would not be handled under US law.
How the method works, as far as it is published
Colinkri lists what you do not need: no captcha, no proxies, no VPS or server, and no PVA Gmail accounts of your own, because hundreds of them are included free of charge and it runs on a private server network. PVA stands for phone-verified account. The site does not explain what the accounts are used for or how a crawl is triggered.
That leaves a buyer unable to judge the method directly. Google's spam policies name using automated programs or services to create links to your site as link spam. A crawl request is not link creation, and we have no evidence that Colinkri creates links, so we do not label it. What we can say is that a method you cannot inspect is a risk you cannot size, and that it matters more when the target is your own money site than when it is a backlink on someone else's.
For pages on a site you have verified, none of this is needed. Google offers verified owners XML sitemaps, the Indexing API and Request Indexing in Search Console, and Bing reads IndexNow. Those routes request a crawl directly, through channels Google and Bing document.
Where Colinkri is genuinely the better buy
Volume with a predictable bill. If you send several hundred thousand tier-two links a month, every month, the larger plans bring the price under a third of a cent per link and the bill does not move. Pay-per-result vendors cost more at that scale if your index rate is decent.
Second, it needs nothing from you. No proxies, no accounts, no server, and it works on backlinks on domains you do not control, which is the only way an indexer can work for links on other people's sites, since Google ties its official routes to verified ownership.
Third, it is simple. One campaign, one start button, usable from a phone. Some link builders value that more than a dashboard full of statistics.
The question that settles the purchase is still whose URLs they are. If they are backlinks on other sites and you have a steady monthly volume, Colinkri is a fixed-cost crawl service, best paired with a separate index check. If they are pages on your own site, you already have official routes it cannot use, and you need proof of indexing more than another crawl request.
Cheaper crawl-only and pay-per-result options
If all you want is a crawl invitation for backlinks, Colinkri is no longer the cheapest. Links Indexer sells 50,000 pings a day for $9.99 a month, which is under a cent per 1,000 when the quota is used. Backlinks Indexer starts at $27 a month for 3,000 URLs with drip pinging.
If you want to pay only for links that land, Rapid URL Indexer lists $0.04 to $0.05 per indexed link with credits returned for misses, SpeedyIndex charges per indexed link with a day-7 refund, and Omega Indexer refunds anything not indexed within 24 hours. Our cost per 1,000 indexed links comparison puts all of them side by side.
If you need proof per link, IndexCheckr sells index checks on credits from $15 for 2,000. Pairing a crawl service with a checker is two vendors and two bills, which is worth knowing before you choose either.
Pages on your own site need official channels and a reason
Google retired its public Add URL form and tied submission to verified ownership. For a property you have verified, three official routes exist: XML sitemaps, the Google Indexing API, and IndexNow, which Bing and several other engines read. Request Indexing in Search Console covers the rest by hand, at roughly ten to twelve URLs a day per property. Google documents the Indexing API for pages with JobPosting or BroadcastEvent markup, and we say so on every page that uses it.
Indexing runs those routes for you. It connects to your Search Console property, submits through the Google Indexing API and Bing IndexNow, keeps sitemaps clean, and monitors coverage on both engines. When a page stays out, it says in plain English whether Google never crawled it or crawled it and declined.
That second case is where a crawl service cannot help at any price. A page Google has already crawled and declined does not change because it was crawled again. The fix is the page, and a report that names the reason is what gets it fixed.
Plans start at $29 a month billed yearly, or $59 month to month, for about 2,000 submitted URLs a month with daily monitoring and alerts. Growth at $47 adds hourly monitoring, auto-resubmit, de-index alerts and time-to-index tracking. Agency at $119 adds multi-site management, API access and white-label reports.
How to test Colinkri before you commit to a second month
Split your list by owner first. Pages on domains you have verified go in one list, links on other people's sites in another. The two need different tools.
Because the first month is non-refundable, buy the smallest plan and plan to use all of it. Pick links that can index at all: no redirects, no noindex, no robots.txt blocks, no deleted pages. Record which were already indexed before you start, because pages get indexed on their own and no tool should get credit for those.
Check the same links in Google at day 7 and day 30. Divide the $49 by the number still indexed at day 30. If the answer is above $0.04, a pay-per-result vendor would have been cheaper for that batch, and it would have carried the risk instead of you.
For the owned list, find out how many URLs are missing today and why before buying anything. If most were never crawled, official submission will move the number. If most were crawled and declined, no crawl service will.
