Bulk URL indexer that submits thousands of URLs to Google and Bing

A bulk URL indexer exists for one reason: pasting URLs into Search Console one at a time does not scale past a handful of pages. When you ship 500 new product pages, migrate a domain, or publish a fresh batch of articles, you need every URL submitted for discovery in one run, not a week of manual lookups.

In short

A bulk URL indexer submits many URLs to search engines at once so they are discovered and crawled faster than waiting for organic discovery. The legitimate channels are XML sitemaps, Bing's IndexNow protocol and the Google Indexing API, and each accepts batches. Bing and IndexNow accept up to 10,000 URLs per day; the Google Indexing API has a default quota of 200 requests per day per project and is officially meant for JobPosting and BroadcastEvent pages. No tool can force Google to index a page, so treat any bulk indexer that guarantees indexing as a warning sign.

Indexing is a bulk URL indexer that does it the honest way. It pushes your URLs through the official Google Indexing API, Bing IndexNow and your XML sitemaps in a single pass, then keeps watching to confirm which ones were actually crawled and indexed. We speed up discovery using approved channels only, with no spam, no PBNs and no pressure tactics. We never promise indexing, because Google decides what to index, and when a URL stalls we tell you the likely reason in plain English.

Why it works

What your team gets with bulk url indexer

Thousands of URLs, one pass

Submit hundreds or thousands of URLs to Google and Bing at once through official APIs and sitemaps, instead of the one-box-at-a-time grind in Search Console.

Submission to confirmation

A bulk indexer that stops at submission leaves you blind. We watch every URL until it is crawled and indexed, so you see outcomes, not just requests.

A reason for every gap

URLs that do not index come back with a plain-English cause, so a stalled batch becomes a fixable list rather than a mystery.

What it handles

Submitted, monitored and fixed, automatically

Indexing submits your URLs through the official Google Indexing API, Bing IndexNow and clean XML sitemaps, watches coverage across both engines, and flags any page that drops out with a plain-English reason so you can resubmit and get it back.

  • Submits thousands of URLs to Google and Bing in one batch
  • Uses the official Indexing API, IndexNow and XML sitemaps only
  • Confirms which URLs were crawled and indexed, and which were not
  • Attaches a plain-English reason to every URL that stalls
  • Auto-resubmits new and updated pages on a schedule

Why Indexing

One place to submit, monitor and fix coverage

Not a black-hat indexer that risks your site, not a free checker that only tells you the bad news. Indexing unifies official submission and live coverage monitoring, the white-hat way, across Google and Bing.

Submits the official way

Bulk-submit through the Google Indexing API, Bing IndexNow and clean XML sitemaps. We speed discovery and re-crawl using methods the engines support, never spam, PBNs or black-hat tricks.

Monitors coverage live

You do not refresh a search bar one URL at a time. Indexing watches which pages are in Google and Bing, catches anything that drops out, and tracks time-to-index across your whole site.

Diagnoses and resubmits

Every non-indexed page comes with a plain-English reason, then auto-resubmits through the official API so it gets another shot. Google still decides, but nothing waits in the dark.

At a glance

The real bulk submission channels, and what each one can actually do

Every legitimate way to submit URLs at scale, the batch limit, and where the URLs end up.

Channel Batch limit What it is for Reaches
XML sitemap Up to 50,000 URLs per file Declaring every canonical URL that should be crawled Google, Bing and every major engine
Bing IndexNow Up to 10,000 URLs per day Pinging engines the moment a URL is new or changed Bing, Yandex, Seznam, Naver (not Google)
Google Indexing API 200 requests per day, default quota Officially JobPosting and BroadcastEvent pages only Google
URL Inspection API 2,000 queries per day, per property Reading index status, it does not submit Reports from Google, no submission
Manual Request Indexing Roughly 10 to 12 URLs per day One-off priority pages, by hand Google, through Search Console

Bulk indexing is a discovery problem, not a force button

The honest thing a bulk URL indexer does is shorten the gap between publishing a page and Google finding it. Left alone, Google discovers new URLs through links and sitemaps on its own schedule, which on a large or low-authority site can mean days or weeks. Submitting the URLs through official channels tells the engines the pages exist now, so the crawl happens sooner. That is the whole mechanism, and it is genuinely useful.

What submission does not do is decide indexing. After Google crawls a URL it still applies the same quality and duplication judgments it always would, and it can crawl a page and choose not to index it. Any tool that promises guaranteed indexing from bulk submission is either misunderstanding how this works or misleading you. We speed the crawl and then show you the result, including the pages Google passed on and why.

The channel that does most of the heavy lifting is your sitemap

For sheer volume, nothing beats a clean XML sitemap. A single file holds up to 50,000 URLs, every major engine reads it, and it is the one channel with no daily throttle to work around. The catch is that a sitemap is only as good as the URLs in it. Fill it with redirects, canonicalized duplicates, noindexed pages or parameter URLs and you teach crawlers to trust it less.

The discipline that makes bulk submission work is keeping the sitemap to canonical, indexable, 200-status URLs, with an honest lastmod so engines can prioritise what changed. IndexNow and the Indexing API then handle the urgent cases, the brand-new post or the page you just fixed, where waiting for the next sitemap crawl is too slow.

  • Include only canonical, indexable URLs that return 200.
  • Keep lastmod accurate so engines recrawl what actually changed.
  • Split very large sites into multiple sitemaps under a sitemap index.
  • Reserve IndexNow and the Indexing API for urgent, changed or new URLs.
  • Never pad a sitemap to look bigger. A trusted sitemap beats a large one.

Where bulk backlink indexers cross the line

Search for a bulk link indexer or a bulk backlink indexer and most of what you find is a different product entirely: services that promise to force Google to index the backlinks pointing at your site, usually by blasting them through link networks and low-quality pages. That is the black-hat corner of this niche, and it is exactly what gets sites into trouble. Google indexes backlinks it considers worth indexing; you cannot reliably push that, and trying tends to attract the wrong kind of attention.

This tool does not do that. It submits your own canonical URLs through the channels Google and Bing publish for the purpose. If your question is really about backlinks, the honest answer is that a link still passes signals whether or not it sits in the index, and chasing forced backlink indexing is a poor use of budget. Point your effort at getting your own pages indexed cleanly instead.

Good questions

Questions about bulk url indexer

A bulk URL indexer is a tool that submits many URLs to search engines at once so they get discovered and crawled faster than they would through organic discovery alone. The legitimate versions use XML sitemaps, Bing IndexNow and the Google Indexing API. They speed up when a page is found and crawled; they do not and cannot decide whether Google indexes it.
It depends on the channel. An XML sitemap holds up to 50,000 URLs per file and is the main bulk route for Google. The Google Indexing API has a default quota of 200 requests per day per project and is officially limited to JobPosting and BroadcastEvent pages. Manual Request Indexing in Search Console is capped at roughly 10 to 12 URLs a day, so it is for priority pages only.
No, and any tool that says it can is misleading you. Google decides what to index after it crawls a page, applying the same quality and duplication checks either way. Bulk submission speeds up discovery and recrawl through official channels, which is worth doing, but the indexing decision is always Google's.
Yes, when it uses official channels. Sitemaps, IndexNow and the Indexing API are the methods Google and Bing publish for exactly this purpose, so there is nothing to penalize. The risk lives in the other kind of tool, the ones that blast links through networks to force backlink indexing. Submitting your own canonical URLs through approved APIs is safe.
Not in the way they are sold. Services that promise to force Google to index your backlinks usually push them through low-quality networks, which is a black-hat tactic that can hurt more than it helps. A backlink passes signals whether or not it is indexed, so forced backlink indexing is a poor use of budget. Focus on getting your own pages indexed cleanly.
Confirm status rather than assume it. The Page Indexing report in Search Console shows which URLs are indexed and which are not, and the URL Inspection API reads the same verdict at scale, capped at 2,000 queries per day per property. This tool checks that status automatically after submission and flags anything that did not make it, with the likely reason.
