GSC Wizard alternative with GSC Wizard pricing, indexing monitor limits and resubmission compared
GSC Wizard is built by Jan-Willem Bobbink, an SEO and developer from the Netherlands, and it is a serious piece of software. It stores your Search Console data for up to ten years instead of Google's sixteen months, and it adds reports Search Console does not have: content decay heatmaps, keyword cannibalization, CTR benchmarks by position, page poaching for queries in positions 4 to 20, migration comparisons, SEO A/B tests and traffic forecasts. It also ships an MCP server and a ChatGPT app, so an AI assistant can read your data.

What a check returns
Every URL gets a plain-English reason when a search engine will not index it, and the rest go out through the official channels.
Paste your sitemap and we count every URL it lists, then check a sample of your pages before we submit through the official Google Indexing API and Bing IndexNow.

Ready to submit
Need a fix first
We fetch the address you paste and read what a crawler sees · nothing is submitted to a search engine from this check
Index status itself comes from Search Console, which you connect on a plan · official Google Indexing API · Bing IndexNow · verified sitemaps · no spam, no PBNs
Its Indexing Monitor is one module inside that suite. You import URLs from a sitemap, from your top pages by clicks or from a CSV, and it calls Google's URL Inspection API for each one every day, up to 1,800 URLs per site. It warns you when an indexed page drops out, or when Googlebot has not visited a page in 120 days, and it rolls the result into a 0 to 100 health score.
People look for a GSC Wizard alternative for two different reasons, and this page only answers one of them. If you want a cheaper analytics suite, look elsewhere, because we do not build one. If you bought GSC Wizard mainly to watch indexing and found that it tells you what broke without doing anything about it, that is the gap Indexing fills. Everything below was read from gscwizard.com, its pricing page and its Indexing Monitor page on October 14, 2026.
In short
GSC Wizard is a Search Console analytics suite priced from €17 a month, with an Indexing Monitor that inspects up to 1,800 URLs per site a day. It alerts you when a page drops out of Google. We found nothing on its site about submitting or resubmitting pages. Indexing monitors at the same pace, then submits, resubmits and covers Bing, from $29 a month.
GSC Wizard, at gscwizard.com, is a broad analytics layer over Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and Yandex Webmaster, and indexing monitoring is one feature among about twenty. Indexing does one job: it finds pages missing from Google and Bing, explains why, and pushes eligible ones back through official channels.

GSC Wizard vs Indexing, honestly
A fair look at what each does well. Both are capable tools. Here is where they differ.
| What matters | Indexing | GSC Wizard |
|---|---|---|
| What it is built to do | Find pages missing from Google and Bing, explain why in plain English, and submit or resubmit them once nothing blocks them | Analyse Search Console performance in depth, with indexing monitoring as one module among about twenty |
| Published price | Starter $29, Growth $47, Agency $119, Enterprise $199 a month billed yearly, or $59, $95, $239 and $398 month to month | Starter €17, Pro €39, Business €249 a month excluding VAT, then Custom tiers from €349 to €4,199 and up |
| Indexing checks | Up to 1,800 URL Inspection calls per property a day, each URL at most once a day, oldest result first, across every URL in your sitemaps | Up to 1,800 URLs per site, checked daily through the URL Inspection API and spread across 24 hours |
| Technical check of the page itself | HTTP status, noindex in the tag and in the header, canonical and robots.txt, fetched for every URL | Google's inspection result, last crawl date and a stale crawl warning after 120 days |
| After a page drops out | Diagnosed, then resubmitted through your sitemap, Bing IndexNow and the Google Indexing API where it applies | An alert and a dated status change; we found no submission or resubmission feature on its site |
| Bing | Bing index status per URL and submission through IndexNow | Bing Webmaster Tools performance data in the same dashboard; no Bing index status per URL or IndexNow submission found |

| Trial | Try the console on the home page against your own sitemap, then create an account | 7-day free trial on every paid plan |

Why teams pick Indexing
One place to submit, monitor and fix coverage, the white-hat way
A drop, then an action
An alert that a page left the index on Tuesday is useful. Indexing also tells you whether a noindex, a redirect or a canonical caused it, and resubmits the page through official channels as soon as nothing blocks it.
Google and Bing per URL
Every URL carries both engines' index status, so a page missing from Bing does not hide behind a clean Google report. Bing runs its own crawler and its own index, and IndexNow is how you reach it.
Same quota, so pick one per property
Google meters URL Inspection at 2,000 calls per property a day. Two tools that each use 1,800 cannot both run at full pace on one site, so decide which tool owns inspection for each property.
What GSC Wizard costs, plan by plan
GSC Wizard prices in euros and every figure excludes VAT. Starter is €17 a month for 10 API properties plus 5 stored properties, with the owner and one extra seat. Pro is €39 a month for 50 API properties plus 25 stored, and three extra seats. Business is €249 a month for 500 plus 150, ten extra seats, priority support and onboarding help. Extra seats on those three plans cost €9 a month each.
Above that sit five Custom tiers, from Custom Starter at €349 a month for 1,000 API properties and 225 stored, up to Custom Strategic from €4,199. The pricing page says there is no annual discount on the standard plans, and that higher Custom tiers are available on annual contracts with further discounts.
The difference between an API property and a stored property matters. API properties show Google's usual 16 months of data. Stored properties keep up to ten years, with the first two years in a fast tier and older years in an archive that can load more slowly. Every plan includes the Indexing Monitor, alerting to Slack, Teams or a webhook, the MCP server and the ChatGPT app.
| Plan | Monthly price | Properties | Seats | What you are mainly paying for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| GSC Wizard Starter | €17 excl. VAT | 10 API plus 5 stored | Owner plus 1 | Search Console analytics for a handful of sites |
| GSC Wizard Pro | €39 excl. VAT | 50 API plus 25 stored | Owner plus 3 | The same suite for a small agency portfolio |
| GSC Wizard Business | €249 excl. VAT | 500 API plus 150 stored | Owner plus 10 | Large portfolios, priority support |
| Indexing Starter | $29 yearly, $59 monthly | 1 site | Account owner | About 2,000 URLs submitted a month, daily monitoring |
| Indexing Growth | $47 yearly, $95 monthly | 1 site | Small team | About 25,000 URLs a month, hourly monitoring, auto resubmit, de-index alerts |
| Indexing Agency | $119 yearly, $239 monthly | Multi-site | Team | About 150,000 URLs a month, API, white-label reports |
GSC Wizard prices read from gscwizard.com/pricing.html on October 14, 2026, in euros excluding VAT. Indexing prices are from indexing.io/pricing in US dollars. The two products are sized in different units: GSC Wizard by property count, Indexing by URL volume.
The 1,800 URL ceiling, and why both tools stop there
GSC Wizard monitors up to 1,800 URLs per site a day. Indexing stops at 1,800 inspections per property a day. That is not a coincidence. Google's URL Inspection API allows 2,000 calls per property per day and 600 a minute, and both tools leave about 200 calls free so your own checks in Search Console, Screaming Frog or a script still work.
The practical consequence is that you should not point both tools at the same property at full pace. They draw from one daily allowance, and whichever runs second will see errors or stale results. If you keep GSC Wizard for analytics, either switch its Indexing Monitor off for the properties Indexing watches, or give each tool different properties.
The other consequence is coverage. GSC Wizard asks you to choose up to 1,800 URLs per site, from the sitemap, from the top pages by clicks, or from a file. On a 10,000 page site that is a sample, weighted toward pages already earning traffic. Indexing works through every URL in your sitemaps, oldest result first, so a site of 10,000 URLs gets a full fresh pass about every six days and no page goes unchecked indefinitely.
Knowing a page dropped is not the same as getting it back
GSC Wizard's alerts are good at the first half of the job. A previously indexed page drops, the status change is logged with a timestamp, and you get a warning in the app or in Slack. Its own page says stale crawl warnings let you request re-crawling, which in practice means opening Search Console and using Request Indexing by hand, a few URLs at a time.
Indexing closes the loop. When a page drops out, it checks the page first. If the cause is on the page, such as a noindex, a redirect, a canonical pointing elsewhere or a server error, you get that reason in plain English and nothing is resubmitted, because resubmitting a page that tells Google not to index it achieves nothing. If the page is clean, it goes back out through your sitemap and through IndexNow to Bing, and time to index is tracked from that moment.
Google documents its Indexing API for pages with JobPosting or BroadcastEvent markup, and we say so wherever we use it. Sitemaps and IndexNow cover everything else. No tool can force Google to index a page, and we do not claim to.
Where GSC Wizard is the better buy
Search Console analysis. If your weekly work is finding decaying content, cannibalized queries, CTR below the benchmark for its position, or pages sitting at position 6 that could reach the top 3, GSC Wizard does that and Indexing does not. We have no performance reports at all.
Long history. Ten years of stored data on a €17 plan is genuinely useful for anyone who has lost a year of Search Console history to Google's 16 month window, especially before and after a migration.
Many properties for little money. Fifty API properties for €39 a month is a low price per site if the job is reporting rather than recovery.
AI workflows. If your team already asks Claude or ChatGPT questions about Search Console data, GSC Wizard's MCP server and ChatGPT app are built for exactly that.
Where it is a weaker fit is a team whose real problem is pages that never get indexed, or keep dropping out, on Google and on Bing. For that you need something that acts on the verdict.
Running GSC Wizard and Indexing together
Plenty of teams will want both, because they do different jobs. A sensible split is GSC Wizard for performance analysis and reporting, and Indexing for coverage, submission and Bing. Turn GSC Wizard's Indexing Monitor off on the properties Indexing watches, so the two do not compete for the same 2,000 daily inspection calls.
If you can only justify one, ask what you did with the last ten indexing alerts you received. If the answer is that you opened Search Console and requested indexing by hand, the tool that automates that step will save more hours than the tool that reported it.
