Indexing terms of service
The terms that govern your use of Indexing, the white-hat platform that submits your pages to Google and Bing, monitors coverage and diagnoses what is not indexed. Last updated: June 2026.
Acceptance of these terms
By using indexing.io or signing up for Indexing, you agree to these terms of service. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Where you have a separate written agreement with us, that agreement prevails over these terms where they differ.
What Indexing is
Indexing is a white-hat platform that helps you get your pages indexed on Google and Bing. It bulk-submits the URLs you provide through official methods, including the Google Indexing API, Bing IndexNow and your sitemaps. It monitors coverage, detects pages that are not indexed or have been de-indexed, auto-resubmits where appropriate, and tracks time-to-index. We use only official, search-engine-sanctioned methods. We never use spam tactics, link schemes, cloaking or any technique that violates search engine guidelines.
The service supports your search visibility work. You remain responsible for your sites, your content and the decisions you make based on the data Indexing shows you.
Acceptable use: you must own or be authorized for the URLs you submit
You may only submit URLs for sites you own or are explicitly authorized to act for. You confirm that, for every domain and URL you add, you have the right to request its indexing and to connect any related Search Console or Webmaster Tools property.
You agree not to use the service to:
- Submit URLs for sites or pages you do not own or do not control.
- Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive or that violates search engine guidelines.
- Attempt to manipulate rankings through prohibited or deceptive techniques.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service or circumvent its limits or quotas.
- Resell or redistribute the service except under a written agreement with us.
You are responsible for the URLs you submit and for your compliance with the terms and policies of Google, Microsoft and any other provider involved.
No guarantee of indexing
Search engines decide what to index. Google and Bing determine whether and when any page is crawled, indexed or shown, based on their own systems and guidelines. Indexing provides official-method submission, monitoring and diagnosis. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, that any URL will be indexed, will stay indexed, or will appear within any particular time. We make no promise about rankings, traffic or any other search outcome. Any figures shown on this site are typical outcomes, not guarantees.
Official methods only
We commit to using only official, publicly documented submission methods. We do not offer, and you may not use the service to pursue, black-hat or grey-hat indexing tactics. If a search engine changes, deprecates or rate-limits an official method, we will adapt the service to its current rules, and our obligations are limited accordingly.
Your content and data
As between you and us, you keep all rights to your sites, your content and the URLs you submit. You grant us only the limited permission needed to submit those URLs through official APIs and to monitor their coverage on your behalf. How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep any credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or access has been used without your permission.
Plans, billing and refunds
Indexing is offered on paid plans. All prices and charges are in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the term you choose, until cancelled. Usage above your plan's limits may be subject to additional charges as described at signup. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
Service availability
We work to keep Indexing available and performing well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change or temporarily suspend features to maintain and improve the service, and availability can also depend on third-party APIs we rely on.
Intellectual property
Indexing, including its software, interface, content and brand, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the service except as expressly permitted. The names of other companies and products referenced on this site, including Google and Bing, are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service is error-free or that any specific outcome, such as a page being indexed or a particular ranking, will follow.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indexing and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, traffic, rankings or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or from any indexing or ranking outcome. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, submit URLs you are not authorized for, or use the service in a way that risks harm to others, to the platform, or to our standing with search engine providers.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
