Instant Link Indexer alternative compared on its $13.77 to $47.77 plans, guarantee and refund terms
Instant Link Indexer, at instantlinkindexer.com, is one of the long-running names in automated backlink indexing. Its homepage says it has served customers for 13 years, its domain was registered in September 2013, and it shares one login with Indexification, CaptchaTronix, TextCaptchaSolver and CatchAllBoxes, all run by the same operator, Inno Coders. Its buyers are mostly people running link building software at volume, which is why the homepage lists integrations with GSA Search Engine Ranker, SEnuke XCr, Ultimate Demon and similar tools.

Every URL gets a plain-English reason when a search engine will not index it, and the rest go out through the official channels.
Paste your sitemap and we count every URL it lists, then check a sample of your pages before we submit through the official Google Indexing API and Bing IndexNow.

People look for an Instant Link Indexer alternative for two reasons. Some are paying for a plan, measured their own links a few weeks later, and found an index rate far below the 70 to 80 percent the homepage guarantees. Others are about to plug an API key into their link software and want to know what they are buying, what happens to links that never index, and whether the service is safe to send a password and key to.
This page reads the Instant Link Indexer homepage and API documentation as published in October 2026, puts all eight plans into a cost per 1,000 links table, sets its guarantee next to what its sister service says about guarantees, and says plainly where Instant Link Indexer is the cheaper choice.
In short
Instant Link Indexer sells eight monthly plans from $13.77 for 500 links a day to $47.77 for 50,000. Its homepage guarantees a 70 to 80 percent indexing rate, while Indexification, run by the same operator, says nobody can guarantee indexing. We found no refund policy, and the site serves no HTTPS. For pages on sites you own, Indexing submits through the Google Indexing API, Bing IndexNow and your sitemap, and gives a reason for every page that stays out.
Instant Link Indexer is a flat monthly backlink indexer sized by links per day, built to plug into automated link tools such as GSA Search Engine Ranker through an API key. Indexing works on properties you have verified in Google Search Console, submits through official Google and Bing channels, and reports why each page is or is not indexed.
Side by side
Instant Link Indexer vs Indexing, honestly
A fair look at what each does well. Both are capable tools. Here is where they differ.
| What matters | Indexing | Instant Link Indexer |
|---|---|---|
| URLs it works on | Properties you have verified in Google Search Console | Any published URL, including backlinks on domains you do not control, from tier 1 to tier X |
| What you pay for | A plan sized by URLs submitted and monitored each month | A daily submission ceiling, billed monthly whether links index or not |
| Published price | Starter $29, Growth $47, Agency $119 a month billed yearly, or $59, $95 and $239 month to month | $13.77 a month for 500 links a day up to $47.77 for 50,000, eight plans in all (checked October 2026) |
| What is guaranteed | Submission through official channels and a reason for every page that stays out | A 70 to 80 percent indexing rate, and 40 to 50 percent within the first 10 to 30 minutes, per its homepage |
| If a link never indexes | Diagnosed in plain English, then resubmitted once it is eligible | We found no refund policy on the site. The refund, terms and FAQ paths all redirect to the homepage |
| Search engines | Google and Bing | Google. We found no mention of Bing or IndexNow on the site |
| API | API access on the Agency plan, over HTTPS | Remote API at an http:// address, POST only, with drip feed from 2 to 30 days |
| Connection security | HTTPS on every page, login and API call | No HTTPS. Port 443 refused connections in October 2026, so login and API key travel in plain text |
| Link software integrations | Sitemaps, Search Console and IndexNow, not link building tools | GSA Search Engine Ranker, Magic Submitter, SEnuke XCr, Ultimate Demon, No Hands SEO and others |
| Best suited for | Sites you own, where coverage has to hold up for months | High-volume tier 2 and tier 3 links fed straight from link building software |
Comparison reflects general, publicly understood positioning. Capabilities change, so check each product for the latest.
Why teams pick Indexing
One place to submit, monitor and fix coverage, the white-hat way
A ceiling is not a result
Instant Link Indexer sells how many links you may send each day. Indexing reports how many pages actually landed, on Google and Bing, for every URL in your sitemaps.
Encrypted from login to API
Every Indexing page, login and API call runs over HTTPS. Your account password and API key never cross the network in plain text.
Official channels only
Submission runs through the Google Indexing API, Bing IndexNow and XML sitemaps on properties you have verified. Nothing goes through networks you cannot inspect.
What Instant Link Indexer costs per 1,000 links
Instant Link Indexer prices by daily volume, not by results. There are eight published plans plus a custom tier. Every plan includes unlimited campaigns, unlimited URLs per campaign, scheduling up to 30 days ahead, the remote API, and white-label progress reports in real time and as CSV.
Filled every day for 30 days, the plans are cheap per submission. The 50,000 a day plan works out at about three cents per 1,000 links. The catch is the word filled. A buyer who sends 1,000 links a month on the Starter plan pays $13.77 per 1,000 submitted, fifteen times the headline rate, and at a 30 percent index rate that is about $46 per 1,000 indexed links, which is what refunding vendors charge, without the refund.
| Plan | Links a day | Price a month | Links a month, filled | Per 1,000 submitted, filled |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 500 | $13.77 | 15,000 | $0.92 |
| 1K | 1,000 | $19.97 | 30,000 | $0.67 |
| 2K | 2,000 | $23.97 | 60,000 | $0.40 |
| 5K | 5,000 | $27.97 | 150,000 | $0.19 |
| 10K | 10,000 | $33.77 | 300,000 | $0.11 |
| 20K | 20,000 | $38.97 | 600,000 | $0.065 |
| 30K | 30,000 | $42.77 | 900,000 | $0.048 |
| 50K | 50,000 | $47.77 | 1,500,000 | $0.032 |
Prices read from instantlinkindexer.com in October 2026. Per 1,000 figures assume the daily ceiling is used every day of a 30-day month. Custom plans above 50,000 a day are priced on request.
One operator, two opposite guarantees
The Instant Link Indexer homepage guarantees an indexing rate of about 70 to 80 percent, says quality links can reach 95 percent, and guarantees 40 to 50 percent within the first 10 to 30 minutes. It contrasts itself with other services that, in its words, guarantee crawling and not indexing.
Indexification is one of those services, and it is run by the same company. Its footer credits Inno Coders, and the login form on both sites offers one shared account. Its FAQ is direct on the point: nobody can guarantee that a page will be indexed, and anyone offering a 100 percent indexing guarantee is, in its own words, simply lying. Indexification guarantees a 100 percent crawl rate instead.
Indexification has the better of that argument. Google decides what it indexes, and no third party controls that decision. A guarantee is also only worth its remedy, and we could not find one: Instant Link Indexer publishes no refund policy, and its refund, terms and FAQ addresses redirect to the homepage. Our Instant Link Indexer vs Indexification pricing comparison, linked at the end of this page, sets the two products side by side.
What the one published test found
Search Logistics, the site run by Matthew Woodward, publishes a backlink indexer test in which 200 pages of placeholder content on 15 new domains were submitted to more than a dozen indexers and tracked for 14 days. Instant Link Indexer recorded zero indexed pages. Indexification also recorded zero. Omega Indexer recorded 177 of 200, and SpeedLinks VIP 145.
Read it with the caveats. The article was first published in 2014 and last updated in March 2025, and it does not say which rows were re-run. Placeholder text on domains with no history is a hard test that real backlinks on established sites will usually beat. It is one test of 200 URLs.
It still matters because it is the only independent figure we could find, and it points the opposite way from a 70 to 80 percent guarantee. Run your own measured test before you commit a month of a large plan.
Plain HTTP for logins and API keys
In October 2026 instantlinkindexer.com did not accept connections on port 443 at all, so every page, the login form and the API are served over plain HTTP. The documented API endpoint is an http:// address that takes your API key as a POST parameter, and many buyers set it up once inside GSA Search Engine Ranker or a similar tool, where it is then sent with every batch.
That means the password and key cross the network unencrypted, readable on shared Wi-Fi, a proxy, or any hop in between. Because one login also covers the operator's other services, a reused password exposes more than one account. If you keep using it, give it a unique password, avoid logging in from public networks, and ask support to rotate the API key if you think it has been exposed.
Reading the homepage numbers carefully
The homepage shows three counters: 2,524,245 active users, 107,204,439,249 links in the last 24 hours, and 89,645,332,136,634 links in the last 30 days. Thirty days at the 24-hour figure would be about 3.2 trillion links, not 89 trillion, so the two counters cannot both be right. The testimonials carry a first name and a country only.
None of that means the service does not run. The site is live and taking signups in October 2026, and the API documentation is detailed and current enough to integrate against. It does mean the counters are marketing, and the only number you should trust is the index rate you measure on your own links.
Where Instant Link Indexer is genuinely stronger
Price per link at volume. The 50,000 a day plan costs about three cents per 1,000 links if you fill it, which is lower than any credit-based vendor we have priced. If your link software produces hundreds of thousands of tier 2 and tier 3 links a month, few options come close on cost.
Integrations. It plugs straight into the link building tools its buyers already run, and it can pull links from services such as RankWyz and AutoBacklink.me. Drip feed from 2 to 30 days is built into the API, so batches can be spread out without extra tooling.
It works on any URL. Official submission requires verified ownership, so for backlinks on other people's sites a third-party indexer is the only kind of tool that can act at all. Indexing cannot submit those URLs and does not pretend to.
Pages on your own site need official submission, not a link indexer
If the URLs you care about sit on a domain you control, a backlink indexer is the wrong shape of tool. Google retired the public Add URL form and tied submission to verified ownership. Request Indexing in Search Console handles roughly 10 to 12 URLs a day per property, the Indexing API has a default quota of 200 publish requests a day per project, and IndexNow accepts up to 10,000 URLs in a single request for Bing and the other engines that support it.
Those are the channels Indexing drives. You connect the property, it submits new and changed pages, pings the sitemap, then checks every URL against Google and Bing on a schedule and tells you which pages are in, which dropped out and how long each took to land.
The part that matters more is what happens to the pages that stay out. A page Google never fetched and a page Google fetched and declined look identical in a checker and need opposite fixes. Indexing separates them and gives a plain-English reason for the second group, a stray noindex, a canonical pointing elsewhere or content judged too thin, because that is where resubmitting is wasted effort.
How to test Instant Link Indexer before you commit a budget
Buy one month of the Starter plan and treat it as a measurement. Submit 200 to 500 links you can identify later, from one campaign, with drip feed disabled so timing is clear, and send them nowhere else.
Check index status yourself with a bulk checker at 30 minutes, at 7 days and at 21 days. The homepage promises 40 to 50 percent inside half an hour, so the first check tests the strongest claim directly. The progress report tells you the links were processed, not that Google kept them.
Then divide the monthly price by the links that indexed and compare it with four to ten cents per indexed link at a refunding vendor such as Omega Indexer or Rapid URL Indexer. At $13.77 a month, Instant Link Indexer beats a four-cent refunding vendor once more than about 344 of your links index in the month. If the result looks more like the published test, cancel before renewal.
