Every URL gets a plain-English reason when a search engine will not index it, and the rest go out through the official channels.

Paste your sitemap and we count every URL it lists, then check a sample of your pages before we submit through the official Google Indexing API and Bing IndexNow.

IndexGuru is a cheap, honest indexing autopilot for people who run several small sites. It submits your pages through the Google Indexing API and IndexNow, it has a genuinely free tier, and its paid plans run from $9 to $149 a month. The catch is in its own pricing table: every paid tier is capped at 200 pages per site per day, so a bigger plan buys you more domains, never more speed on one site. Buy it for a portfolio of small sites. Look elsewhere if one large site is the problem.

Everything below was read from indexguru.com on October 14, 2026: the pricing page, all five tiers, and the questions in its FAQ. We do not resell IndexGuru and it does not pay us. We sell an indexing and index monitoring tool for sites you own, which overlaps with IndexGuru, so we say plainly where IndexGuru is the better buy.

IndexGuru pricing, every tier

IndexGuru prices by the number of domains, and the daily page figure on each tier follows directly from that. Here is the full ladder as published.

TierPrice a monthDomainsPages a day, as advertisedPer siteNotable extras
Hobby$0Not statedOne free URL a day1 a daySitemap syncing, indexing history, all six engines
Growth$93600200Auto indexing
Large$29102,000200URL monitoring, multiple Google accounts
Scale$59204,000200Priority support, site fixer
Agency$149100, then $1 a month each20,000200Support in Slack, email or Zoom

Divide each headline figure by the domain count and you get 200 every time. The 20,000 pages a day on the Agency tier means 200 pages on each of 100 sites, not 20,000 pages on one. If you run a single site with 10,000 new product pages, Growth and Agency push them to Google at exactly the same pace: about 50 days for one full pass.

How much does IndexGuru cost per site?

IndexGuru gets cheaper per site as you move up, which is the real reason to upgrade. Growth works out to $3.00 a site a month across its 3 domains, Large to $2.90 across 10, Scale to $2.95 across 20, and Agency to $1.49 across 100, with each extra domain at $1. For an operator running dozens of small sites, that is one of the lowest prices in this category.

That kind of portfolio is common among people who build niche sites on aged or expiring domain backorders, where each site has a few hundred pages and publishes a handful a week. For them, 200 a day per site is more than enough and the per-domain price is what matters.

Why every IndexGuru plan stops at 200 a day

The number is Google's, not IndexGuru's. Google's Indexing API documentation sets the default publish quota at 200 requests per day per Cloud project. IndexGuru's 200 per site lines up with that default exactly, which is why no tier sells a faster number for one domain. Our Google Indexing API page covers the quota rules in full.

Bing and the other IndexNow engines are not bound by that quota, and IndexNow accepts up to 10,000 URLs in a single submission. So on a large site, IndexGuru can reach Bing far faster than it can reach Google.

Is IndexGuru safe to use?

It is as safe as using the Google Indexing API outside the uses Google documents, and IndexGuru is open about that. Its FAQ says: "Google recommends using the Indexing API primarily for news items and job postings." Google's own documentation is narrower still and names pages with JobPosting or BroadcastEvent markup. We have not seen Google penalize a site for sending other pages through it, but you are relying on behavior Google does not promise.

The other point to weigh is access. IndexGuru asks you to add its service account as an Owner of your Search Console property, and its FAQ notes that only the Owner role works. Owner is the highest permission level in Search Console, so give it to a property you are comfortable sharing at that level, and remove it when you stop using the tool.

Does IndexGuru guarantee indexing?

No. Its FAQ answers the question directly: "No, we cannot guarantee indexing." It notifies Google and Bing, and the search engines decide. We say the same about our own product. Treat any vendor that promises indexing as promising a decision it does not make.

What IndexGuru does well

The free tier is real, not a trial, and covers all six engines. Sitemap syncing means you set it up once and new pages go out without a manual step. The price per domain is low and falls as you add sites. The FAQ is more candid than most in this category about the Indexing API guidance and about guarantees, and it also ships a set of free tools, from a robots.txt checker to a crawlability test.

Where IndexGuru falls short

One large site is the weak case, for the 200 a day reason above. A catalog launch, a migration or a programmatic build of a few thousand pages will take weeks on any tier.

Monitoring arrives late in the ladder. URL monitoring is listed from the $29 Large tier, not on Growth. The pricing page does not describe a reason per page for URLs that stay out of the index, and that is where most of the work is: a page Google never crawled and a page Google crawled and declined need opposite fixes, and only the first responds to resubmission. Internal linking, listed on the two top tiers, is still marked as not yet released.

Its own FAQ puts typical indexing at 72 hours to 7 days. That is a fair, honest range, and slower than the "instant" language in its headline.

IndexGuru or something else?

Buy IndexGuru if you run many small sites, publish a few pages a week on each, and want hands-off submission to six engines for a dollar or two per site. Few tools beat that price for that job.

Look elsewhere if you have one or two large sites, if pages keep dropping out after they were indexed, or if you need to know why a page is not indexed before you resubmit it. That is the case Indexing is built for: it inspects every URL in your sitemaps, checks the page itself for noindex, redirects and canonical problems, reports Google and Bing status per URL, and only resubmits pages that can actually be indexed. Our IndexGuru alternative page puts the two side by side, and if your shortlist is IndexGuru against another Search Console autopilot, IndexGuru vs INDEXED.pro works through which one's daily cap suits one large site and which suits fifty small ones.
