What a check returns
Every URL gets a plain-English reason when a search engine will not index it, and the rest go out through the official channels.
Paste your sitemap and we count every URL it lists, then check a sample of your pages before we submit through the official Google Indexing API and Bing IndexNow.

IndexMeNow is a credible, well-documented indexing service, and it is also the most expensive one we have priced. One credit is one indexed URL, credits cost $0.47 to $0.98 each before VAT, and a URL that is not indexed after 10 days is re-credited automatically. Two rules in its own FAQ change the real cost: you are charged for URLs that were already indexed when you sent them, and pages that drop out of the index later are not refunded automatically. Buy it for backlinks and urgent pages on sites you do not control, and check every URL before you send it.
Everything below was read from indexmenow.com in September 2026: the pricing table, the published indexing statistics and all 27 questions in its FAQ. We do not resell IndexMeNow and it does not pay us. We sell an indexing and index monitoring tool for sites you own, which is a different job, and we say plainly where IndexMeNow is the better purchase.

How much does IndexMeNow cost?
IndexMeNow sells five packs. Prices exclude VAT, and the per-credit figure is what one indexed URL costs you if every credit is spent on a page that was not indexed before.
| Pack | Price | Credits | Per indexed URL | Per 1,000 indexed URLs |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $59 | 60 | $0.98 | $983 |
| Premium | $199 | 260 | $0.77 | $765 |
| Agency | $399 | 600 | $0.67 | $665 |
| Guru | $999 | 2,000 | $0.50 | $500 |
| Platinum | $1,999 | 4,250 | $0.47 | $470 |
For context, the same job costs a fraction of that elsewhere. When we priced the category from each vendor's own site, 1,000 indexed backlinks cost $33 to $100 on SpeedyIndex and $40 to $50 on Rapid URL Indexer. IndexMeNow is roughly ten to twenty times more per indexed link. The rest of this review is about whether the premium buys anything.
Does IndexMeNow refund unindexed URLs?
Yes, in credits. Its FAQ says "Each URL not indexed after 10 days is automatically refunded to your available credits total", and the history of each URL sits in your account. There is no cash refund mentioned for unused credits, so treat the purchase as money spent on credits you will use over time. Credits never expire, which softens that.
The 10-day window is longer than Omega Indexer's 24 hours and SpeedyIndex's day 7 report, and shorter than Rapid URL Indexer's 14 days. In practice most URLs that are going to index do so in the first three days, so the window mainly decides how long a failed credit is tied up.
The two rules that change what you actually pay
Already indexed URLs are charged
FAQ 8 asks "If I add a page that is already indexed on indexmenow.com, am I charged?" and answers "Yes, because the indexation check is performed after sending for indexation." Some buyers do this on purpose, because IndexMeNow also sells a refresh: sending an indexed page gets a changed title or description picked up faster.
If you did not mean to, it is expensive. Say you send 1,000 backlinks on the Agency pack and 300 of them were already indexed. If 60% of the other 700 get indexed, you are charged 300 plus 420, which is 720 credits or about $479, for 420 newly indexed links. That is $1.14 per link you actually needed, not $0.67. IndexMeNow's own advice is to check first with isindexed.com. Do it.
Pages that drop out later are not refunded automatically
FAQ 27 is direct: "No, de-indexed URLs are not automatically refunded." IndexMeNow puts de-indexation at about 2% of indexed pages by its internal statistics, and says support will refund manually in some cases, for example sites Google has filtered. It also warns that pages on sites showing only about four results for site: tend to be dropped again "within hours or days", and that it cannot lift that filter.
This matters most for thin pages. FAQ 26 lists the usual reasons Google drops a page after indexing: low quality or duplicate content, a weak domain chasing competitive terms, no unique media, old content. Forcing a page into the index does not change what Google thinks of it a week later.
How IndexMeNow decides a URL is indexed
The check runs through isindexed.com, its sister service, which uses site: and inurl: searches plus checks against other Google datacenters. IndexMeNow shows the title and description Google displayed as proof. FAQ 4 admits that you may not see the same result yourself for up to about 48 hours while datacenters catch up.
That is a reasonable method for backlinks on sites nobody can verify. For pages on your own site it is the weaker source. Search results are filtered and vary by datacenter, while the URL Inspection API returns Google's own record for a URL on a property you own. If you check index status at scale on your own sites, read it from Google, not from a search result.
Is IndexMeNow legit?
Yes. It is a real, long-running service with transparent packs, a published guarantee, an API and plugins, and a FAQ that is unusually frank about its limits. It says it does not post your URLs on social networks, forums or comment sections, and that "Our indexation methodology is internal." It also says it has never seen a penalty from forced indexing, while warning that pushing masses of poor content could get a site filtered. On spun or auto-generated content, FAQ 25 says it works "at your own risk".
Its FAQ also mentions a freshness bonus: newly indexed pages can rank on new terms at first, which it calls "generally temporary", before settling back to a position based on the site's trust and content. Plan around the settled position, not the first week.
Who should buy IndexMeNow
- Link builders with a small number of valuable links. A guest post or niche edit that cost $150 is worth a $0.67 credit to get it counted this week.
- Urgent pages on sites you cannot verify. A client's page on a platform where you have no Search Console access, or press coverage on someone else's site.
- Anyone who values speed over price. The 60% in 24 hours figure is the best published speed claim in the category, and the checks run several times a day.
Who should not
- High-volume backlink buyers. At 5,000 links a month, SpeedyIndex or Rapid URL Indexer cost a few hundred dollars where IndexMeNow costs several thousand. Our IndexMeNow vs Rapid URL Indexer comparison works through that trade.
- Sites publishing at volume. If you are publishing articles on autopilot, paying up to $0.98 per URL to push each one through is the wrong model, and FAQ 25 is clear that low quality content is indexed at your own risk.
- Owners who need to index their own site. You already hold the channels Google and Bing provide for that, and they cost nothing per URL.
IndexMeNow vs Indexing for your own sites
If the URLs are yours, the comparison is not close on price. Our Starter plan is $29 a month billed annually for about 2,000 URLs on one site. The same 2,000 URLs through IndexMeNow is the $999 Guru pack, and those credits are spent once.
The work is also different. Indexing connects to your Search Console property, submits new and changed URLs through sitemaps, IndexNow and eligible Indexing API calls, reads index status for every URL from the URL Inspection API, and tells you why a missing page is missing (noindex, a canonical pointing elsewhere, a redirect, an error) before resubmitting it. If you are stuck clicking the Search Console button one URL at a time after a relaunch, that is the problem our bulk request indexing page covers. Growth at $47 adds hourly monitoring and automatic resubmission. If you want the full vendor-by-vendor picture instead, see our IndexMeNow alternative comparison.
What Indexing cannot do is index a backlink on someone else's site. Nobody can do that through Google's own channels, which is exactly the job IndexMeNow is built for.
IndexMeNow review, frequently asked questions
How much does IndexMeNow cost per URL?
Between $0.47 and $0.98 per indexed URL before VAT, depending on the pack. The Starter pack is $59 for 60 credits and the Platinum pack is $1,999 for 4,250 credits. One credit covers one URL that IndexMeNow detects as indexed, and credits never expire.
Does IndexMeNow need access to Google Search Console?
No. Its FAQ says it needs neither your Search Console access nor a Google API key. You paste URLs, including pages and backlinks on sites you do not own, and it handles submission and checking itself.
What happens if my URL is not indexed after 10 days?
The credit goes back to your balance automatically and you can use it again. Pages that are indexed and then drop out later are not re-credited automatically, though support may refund them manually in some cases.
Does IndexMeNow have an API and a WordPress plugin?
Yes. The API is free on all projects and covers everything the web tool does. The WordPress plugin can send posts manually or automatically on publish, and a Chrome plugin sends the current page in two clicks.
Is IndexMeNow worth it?
For a small number of valuable backlinks or urgent third-party pages, yes. For bulk backlinks it costs ten to twenty times what refund-based rivals charge, and for your own site you can submit and monitor through Google's and Bing's own channels for far less per URL.
See Indexing sweep your coverage
Indexing bulk-submits your URLs through official methods, monitors coverage, diagnoses what is not indexed in plain English, and auto-resubmits. White-hat only, no spam, no guarantees that Google must index, just faster discovery.
