Every URL gets a plain-English reason when a search engine will not index it, and the rest go out through the official channels.

Paste your sitemap and we count every URL it lists, then check a sample of your pages before we submit through the official Google Indexing API and Bing IndexNow.

Rapid Index Checker costs $0 to $279 a month. The free plan covers up to 150 checks a month, and the paid plans run Lite $12 for 3,000 checks, Pro $39 for 12,000, Team $119 for 40,000 and Business $279 for 100,000. Non-expiring credit packs of 5,000, 12,000 and 30,000 checks cost $29, $59 and $149. Per 1,000 checks that works out to $4.00 on Lite and $2.79 on Business, while the packs cost more per check than any paid plan. API access starts at Pro. If you turn on submission, the indexing credits are billed separately by a third-party provider.

Those numbers were read from rapidindexchecker.com/pricing in September 2026. Its pricing page renders in the browser rather than in the page source, so anyone scraping it for a roundup tends to come away with a partial or older table. One widely indexed summary lists the Team plan at 35,000 checks. The live page says 40,000. Check the vendor directly before you budget.

How much does Rapid Index Checker cost per month?

The product sells a monthly allowance of checks. One check means one URL looked up against live Google results, so a 2,000 URL site rechecked weekly burns about 8,700 checks a month. The allowance is what you are really buying, and it is where the plans separate.

PlanPer monthChecks per monthCost per 1,000 checksProjectsWhat this tier adds
Free$0Up to 150Free1Manual submit to an indexing service, alerts, 30-day history
Lite$123,000$4.0010Scheduled checks, auto-submit, manual sitemap sync, 90-day history
Pro$3912,000$3.2550API, indexability diagnostics, weekly sitemap sync, webhooks, auto-stop checks on indexed, 1-year history
Team$11940,000$2.981505 team members, unlimited workspaces, daily sitemap sync, 2-year history
Business$279100,000$2.79600100 team members, hourly sitemap sync, 3-year history

Monthly prices shown. The page also has an annual toggle. The free plan has a catch the table hides: its own note says free accounts start at 50 checks a month and unlock the full 150 after card verification.

The per-check rate is fairly flat. Going from Lite to Business cuts the cost of 1,000 checks from $4.00 to $2.79, about 30 percent. Compare IndexCheckr, whose rate falls more than fivefold across its range. So with Rapid Index Checker you buy a bigger plan mostly for its features: API access, diagnostics, seats and faster sitemap sync. The discount on checks is small.

Credit packs cost more per check than the plans

On top of the monthly plans, Rapid Index Checker sells one-time credit packs that never expire.

Credit packOne-time priceCost per 1,000 checks
5,000 credits$29$5.80
12,000 credits$59$4.92
30,000 credits$149$4.97

Every pack costs more per check than Lite, and the biggest pack is no cheaper per check than the middle one. So packs work as overflow protection, not as a way to save money. Use them for a month where a migration or a template change means you have to recheck everything. If you top up most months, the next plan up is cheaper.

Which Rapid Index Checker plan do I need?

Multiply your URL count by how many times a month you want each URL checked, then find the smallest plan that covers the result. Weekly checking is about 4.3 checks per URL a month and daily is about 30. Most buyers overestimate the cadence they need, and the cadence drives the bill far more than the URL count does.

Your siteChecks needed a monthCheapest fit
1,000 URLs, checked weeklyAbout 4,300Lite at $12 plus a $29 pack every three to four months (about $20 a month), or Pro at $39 if you want the API
5,000 URLs, checked weeklyAbout 21,700Team at $119, or Pro at $39 plus roughly $48 a month in packs
20,000 URLs, checked weeklyAbout 86,700Business at $279
20,000 URLs, checked dailyAbout 600,000Beyond any plan. Packs alone would run near $3,000 a month

That last row matters more than it looks. A feature on Pro and above is labeled auto-stop checks on indexed. Going by the label, it stops spending checks on URLs once they show as indexed, so your real burn follows the pages still missing, not the whole site. On a healthy site that is most of the saving. On a big site it is worth confirming how it behaves before you size the plan.

Does Rapid Index Checker have a free trial?

Yes, two kinds. There is a permanent free plan capped at 150 checks a month on one project, starting at 50 until you verify a card. Separately, the Pro plan carries a 7-day free trial with a card required, which you can cancel anytime according to the pricing page. The trial is the better test, because Pro is the first tier with the API, indexability diagnostics and webhooks.

Does Rapid Index Checker have an API?

Yes, from the Pro plan at $39 a month and up. The Free and Lite plans have no API access. Its documentation lists webhook events including url.indexed, check.failed, schedule.completed, indexing.submitted, indexing.completed and indexing.failed, so an agency can push status changes into its own reporting rather than logging in. If you want those events to land in Slack, a CRM or a warehouse without writing glue code, a data integration platform that connects your apps and APIs handles the routing.

Submission is a second bill outside the check price

Every paid plan lists submission to an indexing service, automatic from Lite up and with smart filtering from Pro up. Before you read that as indexing included, look at the features page. It describes the feature as sending indexable but not indexed URLs to a third-party indexing provider, and it adds, in its own words, "Indexing credits billed separately by provider."

So the check price is only half the cost. If you want pages pushed as well as found, you pay Rapid Index Checker for the checks and an indexing vendor for the submissions. For a link builder working on third-party URLs, that split is normal and there is no alternative to it, because nobody can submit a URL on a domain they do not own through Google's official channels. For a site owner it is worth pricing both halves together, because the official channels for your own property are the Google Indexing API, IndexNow and your sitemaps, and a tool that uses them directly avoids the second vendor.

Rapid Index Checker pricing vs IndexCheckr and IndexChex

The three are shortlisted together because all three sell index checks by volume. They bill in different shapes, so here is each one converted to the same unit.

ToolHow you payCost per 1,000 checksWhat else a credit buys
Rapid Index CheckerMonthly plan, $12 to $279, plus packs$2.79 to $4.00 on plans, $4.92 to $5.80 on packsChecks only. Submission is billed by a third-party provider
IndexCheckrCredits only, $15 to $1,300, no subscription$1.30 to $7.50Checks only. It hands non-indexed pages to partner indexers
IndexChexSubscription $19.99 to $149.99, or packs $21.99 to $1,399.99$1.40 to $4.40One pool: a check or a submission costs one credit each

At small volume Rapid Index Checker is the cheapest of the three to start, with a real free plan, a $12 tier and a monthly bill that stays predictable. At large volume IndexCheckr's biggest credit tiers and IndexChex's bigger packs get well under Rapid Index Checker's best rate, though you have to commit a lot of money up front to reach those rates. IndexChex also refuses refunds in general, and its terms say all sales are final. We compare the first two head to head in Rapid Index Checker vs IndexCheckr, and the credit-pool model in our IndexChex alternative comparison.

Is Rapid Index Checker worth it?

For checking URLs you do not own, yes. Backlinks, guest posts, citations and partner pages are exactly what Search Console cannot see, and live-results checking with scheduled rechecks is what that job needs. The free plan and the $12 tier make it cheap to try, and the per-check rate is reasonable at every tier.

For your own site it is a partial answer. It tells you which pages are missing and flags likely blockers such as noindex, robots rules, redirects and canonicals. Getting those pages in still means a separately billed indexing provider or your own work in Search Console. If most of your problem URLs sit on a property you have verified, Indexing checks and submits in one subscription: the Starter plan at $29 a month, billed annually, covers about 2,000 submitted URLs a month through the Google Indexing API and Bing IndexNow, with daily index monitoring and alerts. It also explains why each missing page is missing. That matters because a page Google crawled and declined will not be fixed by resubmitting it. The full tier breakdown is on our pricing page.

If you are weighing a switch rather than a first purchase, our Rapid Index Checker alternative page covers where it is stronger than we are, feature by feature. For checking at scale on your own properties, see the bulk index checker.

How to budget for it in five minutes

Count the URLs you actually need watched, not every URL in the sitemap. Choose the slowest cadence you can live with: weekly suits most stable sites, and daily is for a migration or a template change. Multiply the two, pick the smallest plan above the result, and plan to buy a pack only in unusual months. Then decide whether you also need submission. If you do, add the indexing provider's price per URL to your total before comparing Rapid Index Checker with anything, because that second line is the one buyers most often leave out.
